ZHJ-160E Automatic Machine is a horizontal type continuous operation equipment which is developed and designed and manufactured by our company. It is the integrated high–tech products of electromechanics, completely corresponding to the GMP demands. This machine adopts overseas advanced transmission technology and controls each movement with the encoder and PLC communication programming through pneumatic products and machinery construction. The machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity, so making package more precise. The whole machine advances both in configuration and allocation, and equipped with Chinese fault indication and alarm signaling system, owning such characteristics as ease of handling for maintenance and cleaning and operation. The machine may be used independently, or united with the paper folding machine and carton package machine to become a linkage production line, moreover also equipped with transmit and fall system and automatic printing code device. The max. operation speed is 160 cartons per minute, normal production speed is 140 cartons per minute. It is suitable to package of medicines, cosmetics, leisure food, toothpaste and the corresponding chemical products packed in the hose, plate and bottle etc., greatly improving the production efficiency.

Usage and Apply Scope

1. This machine can feeding, fold leaflet, open box, insert blister into box, batch number printing, close box and waste rejecting automatically.
2. This machine is controlled by PLC. The photo-electricity will control each movement. While there is anything abnormal during running, the machine can stop automatically and display the reason on touch screen, so that it will be easy for you to clear the malfunction.
3. There are main driving motor and clutch detent in machine base, and overload protector in each transmission system on machine plate. Thus when overload, the main driving motor and each transmission parts will separate to ensure safety of whole machine.
4. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications and sizes can be realized.
5. This machine is with reject device. The leaflet, blister, carton will go through sensor inspecting, and output after letter embossing and carton closed. Thus if there is no leaflet or blister, the carton will be rejected.
6. This machine can be separately used, and also can be connected to blister packing machine or any other equipment to be production line.
