DPP-400 Cantilever Style Flat-plate Blister Machine is suitable for blister-sealed packaging of all kinds of capsules, tablets, injections, ampoules and medical devices, light-based food, candy, electronic components, hardware products of pharmaceutical, medical device, food, electronics, hardware and other industries.
The key technology of this machine is eight synchronous: feeding, molding, adding material, sealing, batch number, creasing, punching and counting. It adopts pressure to form and no scrap punched transverse advanced technology, which has intuitive production process and it is easy to clean, comply with the GMP standard.
Features:
1.Transmission mechanism: the machine uses cycloid transmission mode, to avoid the discontinuity of traditional gear and turbine, vortex rod drive and the disadvantage of noise, can adjust according to different cutting speed.
2.Forming stroke: stroke within the 40 to 150 range can be adjusted. It can install various types of tablets, capsules, shaped tablets, oral solution, water injection, resistant bottles and so on.
3.Heating system: it uses sealed casting pressure forming heating. Compared with ordinary chromium wire heating, it has long life and durable energy conservation
4.Packaging material delivery system: it adopts automatic feeding device, which eliminates the disadvantage of the uneven tension and ensure the stable operation of the synchronization.
5.Heat sealing system: the heat sealing system uses cylinder lift and cushioning, which reduces the abrasion of cam and roller, prolongs the life of machine and easy to clean.
6.Electrical system: PLC interface to control (touch screen)
7.Forming, sealing, indentation, punching each box are used V-groove design structure. It can be adjusted by hand wheel. Besides, it has pointer and scale that will help improve equipment’s debugging efficiency and save material cost, so the equipment is more scientific at the time of commissioning.
8.To ensure absolute synchronization of device operation, we currently use a spline shaft through all cabinets, so there is synchronous running and no deviations.
