DPP-250E Flat Plate Automatic Blister Packing Machine is a high-tech packing machine for aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-plastic, paper-plastic packing. It is adopting PLC, frequency converter and man-machine interface with features of all round function, easy for operation, stable running and qualified with GMP. Because of its large forming area and more plates per cutting (standard sheet: 5 plates once), to a certain extent, it meets the needs of enterprises that of scale output, especially for packing candy and milk tablet and other objects like that in food industry. The products have been appraised as the provincial science and technology accomplishments.
Features:
1.Main machine adopts frequency control: according to stroke length and difficulty of filling the feeding and other factors to set the appropriate punching times (punching times is 6-50 times / min). It can be low speed debugged before, and gradually increase the speed after proficiency in a certain range.
2.It uses mechanical hand holding the feed mechanism. Adjustable stroke from 40-160mm, and it can be free to design the sections dimension within this range(to overcome the shortcomings of single of original DGB type roller traction stroke).
3.Forming on the version of heating avoids plastic waste and no synchronization after restart because adopting the cam dead stop device and parking brake device. Using pressing on the version of heating, shortening the heating time of plastic and reducing the heating temperature and power, thereby enhancing the plastic’s stability and prolonging the life of the heating plate.
- Forming, heat sealing batch number, indentation, punching and other devices all adopt mandrel positioning with a rack gear system. When shaking the shaking handle, various devices can move around the mandrel, and is equipped with the scale for easy to correct and locate accurately, which can adapt to various size pharmaceutical packaging .
5.Air cushion heat-sealing: when shutdown, the net plate raised automatically by the cylinder, which eliminates the deformation of the blister during shutdown caused by the thermal radiation, cleans and exchanges net plate easily and cushions . That helps to extend life of the machine.
6.Up and down net with male and female template to heat seal: that both sides of the template are even dot net. Due to equal stress, it avoids sections curl while improves the sealing performance (the line can also be sealed).
7.All parts in contact with the medicine surfaces (including two feeding) are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, in full compliance with GMP requirements.
8.Automatic conveying plastic sheet device and automatic waste collection device solve the synchronous generated influence that due to changes in the size of the roll in the production process.
9.Forming, sealing and indentation use a nail to locate, which can fasten plate, positioning accurately, and change mold easily.
10.The machine adopts man-machine interface (or touch panel) to operation. It has molding, sealing, batch number, indentation tangent, punching and other functions as well as smooth process and intuitive production process. And it provides automatic alarm device when fragments shutdown for particular users.
